Wings — Terms of Service

1. About the service

Wings is a mobile application that helps parents of children aged 2–14 spend five meaningful minutes a day through short activities. The service is provided by the Wings operator (registration details and contact information are listed on our Support page; hereinafter — «Wings», «we»).

2. Who may use the service

  • Only persons aged 18+ are allowed to create an account.
  • By registering, you confirm that you are a parent or the legal guardian of the child whose data you enter.
  • One account = one family. A second adult can be invited via an invite link (see Settings → «Invite an adult»).

3. What we provide

  • 🎴 A personal daily plan — 2–3 short activities for parent and child.
  • ☀️ The ability to save liked cards into a collection.
  • 🧠 Adaptive difficulty based on your feedback.
  • 🎯 Calibration cards — occasionally a bit above your child's level so you can see growth.

4. Free trial and subscription

  • Wings Premium offers a monthly or yearly subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play, where available.
  • A 14-day free trial is available to eligible customers when offered by the store. Eligibility and the offer that applies to your account are shown before you confirm the subscription; renewing does not guarantee a new trial.
  • The selected plan, billing period, price in your local currency and any trial are displayed in the app and the store's purchase confirmation before purchase.
  • A subscription renews automatically until cancelled. After an applicable free trial, the store charges the displayed price for the selected billing period unless you cancel in time under the store's rules. Manage or cancel your subscription in the store account settings; paid access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • This description update does not change the terms of an existing purchase or shorten access already granted to your account.

5. What you must NOT do

  • ❌ Create accounts on behalf of others without consent.
  • ❌ Use the service for persons under 18, except for your own children.
  • ❌ Share your login with third parties (for a second parent there is an invite link).
  • ❌ Reverse-engineer the application, scrape the database, attempt to bypass rate limits.
  • ❌ Publish Wings cards in your own product without permission.

6. Subscriptions and refunds

  • All payment operations are handled by Apple App Store / Google Play according to the store's rules.
  • Refunds are processed by the store, not by Wings (we do not see your payment details).
  • You can cancel the subscription at any time via your device settings; service continues until the end of the paid period.

7. Content and intellectual property

  • All cards, brand assets, illustrations and code of Wings are protected by copyright.
  • You may use cards within the application for personal family use.
  • Distribution of cards (including modified ones) is not allowed without permission.

8. Disclaimer

  • Wings is not a medical / educational / psychological service.
  • Cards are based on books we trust (Covey, Clear, Dweck, Lythcott-Haims, Goleman) and reflect contemporary parenting science, but are not a substitute for professional advice.
  • If your child shows signs of developmental delay, emotional issues or other difficulties — consult a specialist, not the app.

9. Service termination

  • We may suspend or terminate an account in case of a Terms of Service violation, with a 14-day notice (except for serious abuse — immediate termination).
  • You can delete the account at any time via Settings.

10. Liability

  • Wings is provided «as is». We strive for stability but do not guarantee 100 % availability.
  • We are not liable for indirect harm (loss of profits, missed opportunities) caused by use or interruption of the service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We will notify you of substantive changes via email and an in-app banner ≥30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
